Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 2 hours.

Groups

• Small groups consist of approximately 30 people plus the guide.
• The tour will be conducted in a single language, as chosen at the time of purchase, and this cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary. You will be notified of this in advance. If this happens, the customer may accept or cancel the booking and receive a 100% refund, thereby canceling this contract. If accepted, the initial terms of the contract will apply again.

Important Notes

• The digital voucher is valid but does not replace your entry ticket.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reserved ticket; otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter.
• Liquids and food are not allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, and it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility issues. We do not recommend it in some cases, as the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend parents use a baby carrier during the visit.
• The tour will be conducted in only one language, chosen at the time of purchase, and it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Meeting Point

• Google Maps: Pl. de Isabel II, Centro, 28013 Madrid, Spain.
• Meet outside the “Ópera” metro station, in Plaza de Isabel II (commonly known as “Plaza de Ópera”). Do not go directly to the Royal Palace.
• Once at the location, look for a red flag with the text “4U,” pronounced “for you” in English.
• Once your group has gathered, your guide will give you an introductory presentation while walking through Plaza de Oriente before reaching the Royal Palace.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policies to be considered, with no exceptions, are:

1. 100% refund or free rescheduling if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the tour.
2. No refund or rescheduling if cancellation is made 30 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. No refund for no-shows or late arrivals to the visit.
4. Cancellations or modifications can be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply to the cancellation conditions that would modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request a total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will be processed based on the date of receipt of said email as the reference date.

1. VERY IMPORTANT: WAITLIST INCLUSION REQUESTIf you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/WAITLIST status, please consider the following conditions:
   1. If, when searching for your visit, you see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify Me’ option. This way, you can sign up for the waitlist for free. Once we move to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification via message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you can purchase the tickets as usual.
   2. If you are no longer interested in the visit on the waitlist, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your waitlist registration, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, indicating your full name as the reservation holder and requesting cancellation.
   3. It is important to note that signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
   4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waitlist to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
