How will I receive my tickets?
The day before your visit, we will send your tickets to the email or phone number you used to make the booking.
Is the visit accessible for people with reduced mobility or baby strollers?
The visit is certainly like that. However, for some of the physical activities, you may need a certain degree of mobility.
Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is made between the day of the booking and up to 24 hours before the tour, you will receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation is made between the 24 hours prior to the tour and the start time of the visit, a 50% fee per person will apply. Changes to the booking: the same fees as the cancellation policy will apply. To cancel: write to customerservice@nhue.es.
