Cancellation policy:
1. 0% cancellation fees from the day of the reservation until 30 days before the tour.
2. 35% cancellation fees from 30 days to 2 days before the tour.
3. 100% cancellation fees from 2 days before to the start time of the visit, including not showing up for the tour or arriving after hours.
Important
- Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social estrangement during the experience.
- The guides will wear masks and gloves.
- On-site procedures for frequent cleaning or disinfection.
- Customer is recommended to have their own headphones.
Nominal Tickets
You must indicate the full name and surname and identity number of each participant at the TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION (this information will not be processed through e-mail). This information is essential to access the Real Alcázar. Nhue is not responsible for the data entered or does not carry the documentation if required by staff of the Board of Trustees of the Real Alcázar of Seville. Nominal tickets are the regulations of the Board of Trustees of the Real Alcázar.
Remember that it is obligatory to bring the same passport or the identity document that you gave when making the reservation, ORIGINAL, on the day of your visit.
If you do not bring the identification and the staff of the Royal Alcazar of Seville Board of Trustees requests it, they may not allow you access to the monument, without Nhue Concierge being able to do anything to solve it.
