Cancellation policy
1. 0% cancellation fees from the day of the reservation until 7 days before the tour.
2. 35% cancellation fees from 7 days to 2 days before the tour.
3. 100% cancellation fees from 2 days before to the start time of the visit, including not showing up for the tour or arriving after hours.
