Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 5 hours

Groups

• Regular groups are approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or some circumstance that would prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this were to occur in any case, the client may accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount, with this contract being voided. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID/Passport when making the reservation. You can also send your details to customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit you must carry the original identity document that you provided when making the reservation.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not a ticket.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entry reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• No liquids or food may be brought inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required. But be decent in places of worship.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be routes especially suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Meeting point

This product consists of 2 parts, as it involves 2 independent visits:

Cathedral and Royal Chapel:

• Google Maps: Plaza Isabel La Católica, behind the monument, in front of the hotel entrance, 18009 Granada. Look for our team at this address. Provide them with your name and they will add you to the list.

Alhambra and Generalife:

• Google Maps: Paseo del Generalife 1F, 18009 Granada. Look for our team members at this address, at the main entrance next to the ticket offices. They will have a white umbrella open and resting on the ground.

Cancellation policies

Based on the official Regulation published in the BOJA by the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, implemented on 1/5/2020, once tickets are issued they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 45 days before the tour, the costs will be €45 per adult.
2. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or less before the tour and until the start time of the visit.
3. It is non-refundable to not show up for the visit, arrive late or not carry the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of health alert that affects the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR INCLUSION ON WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/ ON WAITING LIST situation you must take into account the following conditions:

1. If when searching for your visit you observe that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we go to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notice by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.

Please note that this is a monitoring service at no cost to you, which does not guarantee obtaining the ticket as it depends on availability. Furthermore, this service does not imply any obligation on the part of Nhue Concierge.
