Duration

• The tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours.

Groups

• Groups consist of approximately 25 people plus the guide. This may vary depending on logistics or exceptional circumstances but will not exceed 30 people plus the guide.
• The tour will be conducted in the language selected during purchase and cannot be modified.
• Schedules may vary due to logistical or availability reasons. In such cases, the client will be notified in advance and can choose to accept or cancel with a full refund. If accepted, the initial conditions of the contract will apply.

Important Notes

• Digital vouchers are valid.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reservation; otherwise, access will be denied.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions, as the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighborhoods are not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to steep streets, strollers are not allowed. Parents are advised to use baby carriers during the tour.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, effective from 1/5/2020, once tickets are issued, they cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled.

As a result of this regulation, the following cancellation policies apply without exceptions:

1. Cancellations made between the reservation date and up to 2 days before the tour will receive a full refund.
2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour or for no-shows.
3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

No exceptional circumstances will alter these cancellation and refund policies.

To request a full or partial cancellation in accordance with these policies, please send an email to customerservice@nhue.es. The cancellation and refund process will be based on the date of receipt of the email.

IMPORTANT: WAITLIST INCLUSION REQUEST

If you have made a reservation with a status of ON HOLD/WAITLIST, please consider the following conditions:

1. If the tour is fully booked, you may click on the ‘Notify Me’ option to join the waitlist for free. If availability arises, you will receive a notification via email or message with a link to purchase the tickets.
2. If you are no longer interested in the waitlisted tour, ignore the notification. To cancel your waitlist registration, send an email to customerservice@nhue.es with your name and request for cancellation.
3. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. After the tour date, you will automatically be removed from the waitlist to avoid further notifications.
