Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 3 hours

Groups

• Small groups are approximately 20 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and it could happen that they are higher or lower depending on logistics or some circumstance that prevents us from doing so in an exceptional way. In no case will they exceed 24 people + guide.
• The visit will be carried out in a single language, the one selected when making the purchase and it will not be possible to modify this in any case.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this occurs, the client may accept or cancel and be reimbursed 100% of the amount, thus canceling this contract. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your data to the email info@specialplans.es
• On the day of the visit, you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so they may not be particularly suitable tours for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases.

Cancellation policies

Based on the Official Regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, launched on 1/1/2020, once the tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the hiring day and up to 30 days before the tour, the expenses will be € 24 per adult
2. No refund if canceled 30 days or less before the tour and until the start time of the visitIt
3. It is non-refundable for not showing up for the visit, arriving late or not carrying the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made in the event of a health alert that affects the closure of the monument

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to info@nhue.es and proceed to cancel and reimburse according to the date of receipt of said mail, as the reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: APPLICATION FOR WAITING LIST INCLUSION

If you have made a reservation in an ON HOLD/ WAITING LIST situation, you must take into account the following conditions:

As soon as we have availability, we will proceed to issue your tickets, without delay or consultation, since you consent to us taking care of obtaining said tickets for you.

The system will not charge you as long as the visit is not confirmed. Once it can be definitively confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible.

We will send you a new voucher indicating that the reservation is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge to the card, the reservation is confirmed and under the cancellation conditions of any direct reservation, without a waiting list.

If you want to get off the waiting list, you just have to write an email to cancelacionsp@gmail.com and indicate that you want to get off your waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the holder and that you want to cancel.

If within a reasonable time, from Special Plans, we consider that it will not be possible to successfully complete the final reservation, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.

Very bad and very rude tour operator
Very bad experience, the tour operator is so rude and they didn’t reply to our phone calls.. they charged very high price and all we got for this price was only the tickets which were left over for us with someone outside!!! Little jewel of a tour
Our guide, Chema (hope I wrote it right), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime me or someone else from the tour asked the ins and outs of this majestic fortress/city, he managed to come up with a little story or fun fact that went along with the information. We would not have learned as much by ourselves if it wasn't for him. There were also brief resting breaks for us to visit the restroom or indulge ourselves in the souvenir shop. Wasn't crowded at all, as there is a limited number of visitors per day. It's a MUST if you come to Spain, in order to gain insight into part of the Andalusian culture. Great German-language Tour!
It was generally definitely worth booking the skip the line pass. Upon arrival, I saw many tourists being turned away from purchasing same day tickets onsite, as tickets were sold out. As for the tour itself: 10/10. Our tour guide Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Alhambra- but tempered this with a wry sense of humor that kept the tour interesting and upbeat. There is simply no comparison between a simple audio Tour via app- and a real, full -fledged local history buff, in terms of experience, clarity, and interaction. Our tour was in German (Daniel is Austrian), and he also speaks English. Spanish and French fluently.
