• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility issues, and we do not recommend it in some cases, as the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend that parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policies to consider, without exceptions of any kind are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of the reservation and up to 3 days before the tour, a 100% refund will be issued.
2. No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made 3 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. Cancellations or modifications may be made in the event of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

No exceptional situations apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the criteria for cancellation and refund indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will be processed according to the date of receipt of that email as the reference date.

1. If when checking for your visit you see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we move to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification via message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to be removed from the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
