Information

In the city center, in the heart of Christian Granada, we find the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, built on the site of the former Great Mosque and the mausoleum of the Catholic Monarchs and their first descendants.

These three monuments are a true reflection of the before and after of 1492, the date of the Christian conquest, and how the Fall of Granada forever changed the destiny of Spain and the world.

Before and in contrast to this, are two of Granada’s oldest and most charismatic neighborhoods: Albaicín and Sacromonte. Learn about the history, legends, and local culture with an official tour guide.

Starting from the city center, you’ll walk through the narrow alleyways of the Albaicín, the Moorish quarter. Be amazed by the whitewashed walls and flower-filled balconies. Continue on to Sacromonte, Granada’s most flamenco-infused neighborhood. Discover why people live in caves carved into the mountain here and why the Romani people chose this place centuries ago for their settlement.

Join us for a visit to the Nasrid city and the historic Christian center with an expert official guide who will share the history, legends, and anecdotes of one of the world’s most beautiful cities, exclusively for you and your group.
