Duration

The visit duration is approximately 1 hour.

Groups

• Groups are approximately 20 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or any circumstance that would prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs in any case, the client may accept or cancel and have 100% of the amount refunded, with this contract being voided. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes.

• The digital voucher is valid. But it does not replace your ticket.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the tour begins.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entry reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• No liquids or food can be brought inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable routes for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Meeting point

• Go to the meeting point at the Google Maps address:Pl. Virgen de los Reyes, 4, Casco Antiguo, 41004 Sevilla, Spain. Look for the fountain in the center of the square, and to one side, among the trees, you will find a statue of John Paul II. Our guide will be waiting for you with a small red flag in hand. Give them your name and they will have you on the list.

Cancellation policy

According to the official regulations published by the Board of Trustees of the Royal Alcázar of Seville, in its latest revision, issued tickets do not admit refunds, nor can they be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind are:

1. If cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 4 days before the tour, costs will be €30 per adult.
2. No refund will be made if cancellation occurs 4 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. Not showing up for the visit or arriving late is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: WAITING LIST INCLUSION REQUEST

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/ WAITING LIST status, you must take into account the following conditions:

1. If when searching for your visit you observe that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we go to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notice by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you want to leave the waiting list, along with your first and last name as holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability existing at the time.
4. Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.

Please note that this is a monitoring service at no cost to you, which does not guarantee obtaining the ticket as it depends on availability. Furthermore, this service does not imply any obligation on the part of Nhue Concierge.
